Our team is made up of advertising and corporate ex-pats who believe great products don't always need to have huge budgets or long timelines. We work on 3-4 client projects at a time supplemented by 1-2 internal projects. On Fridays, we bring in experts in specific areas of interest like AI, hardware, gaming, etc to help the team shape our skills around our interests...followed by happy hour at a different local bar each week.

We love our clients and the projects they bring us (seriously, we have great clients), but it's our internal work that sets us apart. Ideas for internal products come from anyone on the team and once they generate some momentum, get full project resources to see them through. 

Some areas of focus for client work include dashboards, CRM's, CMS's, machine learning, social media tools, productivity, mobile/location-based, IoT, and experiences--mostly categorized as products and platforms. We're not an ad agency, we don't typically do campaign work (maybe occasionally if it's the right fit), but we love short sprint projects with big companies like Google, Youtube, Amazon, Foursquare, and Netflix. More often than not, we're behind the scenes doing white label work that we can't put our name on...and we're fine with that #noegos. We're also big fans of MVP projects that can evolve to bigger products with startups and established brands.

We're looking for someone who has experience working across many technologies/projects and wants the chance to lead a growing team of hungry, hard-working (local) developers. It's ok if you consider yourself more front-end or back-end, but you should have at least some experience on both sides.
