As a Talent Associate, you will drive candidate experience, work on meaningful projects and conduct candidate research to identify passive candidates. This role is an exciting step toward broadening your talent acquisition and people expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in creating an excellent candidate experience for each applicant, including but not limited to: welcoming candidates, collecting information, processing travel, and expense reports
  • Support client groups with recruiting processes including scheduling interviews with a sense of urgency and consistency
  • Generate offer letters and distribute paperwork for incoming new hires
  • Assist with executing and tracking all new hire on-boarding tasks
  • Create new employee paperwork files
  • Conduct research to identify passive candidates using internet sourcing techniques
  • Partner with the recruiters and hiring managers across the company to understand support needs, staffing plans and facilitate hiring
  • Utilize HRIS systems, processes and enter new employees into our systems
  • Contribute to various Talent team initiatives and team projects including events, systems/processes projects, and employer branding / social media outreach
  • Prepare reports and information on all aspects of the recruiting process
  • Create and distribute employment-related correspondence
  • Onboard new hires, which includes collecting all required documentation, sending out forms and background checks.
  • Execute ad-hoc projects as needed.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources or related field
  • A strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, People Development or HR Operations
  • 2 years of HR or recruiting-related experience required
  • Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems, and ability to generate reports from systems.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Exhibit great flexibility
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the Google equivalents

  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions, perform tasks with a focus on detail and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to our team’s success
  • Ability to drive efforts and projects through collaboration and knowledge of the recruiting process
