The Strategy Expert will be responsible for cross-channel strategy development, deep data analysis, quantitative and qualitative problem solving and conference/in person communication while be a key driver of cross-channel digital marketing initiatives. This role blends strategic planning, campaign development, ongoing optimization, and results reporting. Your key objective is to use 1st and 3rd party data to personalize and improve customers experience with the brand, prioritizing offers and content to increase lines of service and revenue per user.

Skills and Experience

· Craft and deliver strategic campaign executions based on specific business needs

· Collaborate with business partners and internal channel managers to develop the long term marketing strategy with the goal of driving key transactions

· Manage Business Analytics to establish progressive metrics that optimize our marketing efforts

· Partner with teams to ensure features support and enhance cross-platform marketing strategies

· Campaign and program ideation that drives digital marketing innovation; communicate and educate on digital executions and data analysis

· Champion and drive segmentation and personalization across integrated marketing efforts

· Act as the highly visible expert, producing broad stakeholder and executive dashboard communications

· Yearly goal/KPI planning and tracking on a weekly & monthly basis

· Review weekly results, progress and roadmap; create post-campaign wrap reports that highlight successes and learnings

· Cross-functional facilitation to ensure disparate channel teams work synergistically towards integrated goals

· Manage multiple projects and accounts while balancing internal and external deadlines

· Provide account oversight, deciding when to turn on and off different channels, expand on strategies and add new services that make sense for client success.

Requirements

• Have strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively present ideas and work
• Ability to craft strategic narratives and storylines in decks and other deliverables
• Ability to make high level strategy applicable with clear lines to tactical executions
• Experience planning/analyzing qualitative and quantitative research
• Familiarity with analytics and data tracking tools
• Hands on thinker and problem solver with the ability to think critically and logically
• Proven ability to lead/work with multi-discipline teams, both large and small
