Job Description
InviteManager is seeking several Strategic Account Services Associates to perform a variety of support-related functions critical to their success and reputation as the leader in the industry. Specifically, one of these three functions below will serve as a team member’s primary role, with cross-training provided to ensure that the ongoing commitments to InviteManager's customers are met.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance:
- Review and provide quality checks on data entered into customer software accounts.
- Review and provide quality checks on daily customer shipments.
- Perform recurring and as-need administrative tasks associated with accounts.
Fulfillment:
- Execute physical and electronic ticket order fulfillment for software clients.
- Service customers for shipping needs and issues.
- Build relationships with key InviteManager's customers.
- Organize and maintain fulfillment space on a daily basis.
- Maintain relationships with shipping providers (FedEx, UPS, etc…).
- Perform routine day-to-day office operations and other tasks as assigned by management.
Customer Support:
- Manage and support corporate software accounts.
- Provide technical support/troubleshooting to software administrators and users via phone, email, and live chat.
- Act as liaison between customers, and development/technical support team.
- Perform recurring, and as-needed administrative tasks associated with accounts, including but not limited to: data entry, quality assurance, and leading software-training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
- 0 – 2 years of related work experience.
- Process-driven, and creative thinker with proven ability to articulate, and implement innovative solutions.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a positive, can-do attitude!
- Possess willingness to learn, and grow to meet the changing requirements of business.
- Prior experience in business-to-business software customer service, sales, or administrative support role preferred.
- Must have exceptional follow-through and possess a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and comfort with learning new software programs.
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, results-oriented, entrepreneurial environment.
- Have a strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently.
- Possess the highest level of ethics and integrity.
