ZEFR is growing! We are hiring a ­­­­­­­­Strategic Account Coordinator to join our team in Venice, CA. Our ideal candidate will help drive efforts to expand and grow ZEFR's market share and presence with the support of the Business Development and Client Solutions teams through the management and coordination of crucial deal-related tasks. This role involves coordinating all elements of the deal cycle to gain invaluable knowledge as to how revenue-generating deals are qualified, proposed, negotiated, closed and maintained.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Work with Business Development, Client Services and Operations teams to qualify inbound/outbound leads, assisting with business proposals, presentations and ROI evaluations
  • Develop a robust understanding of the products and resources ZEFR offers, using that knowledge to help the BD & CS teams retain business and cross-sell additional products and services
  • Perform data manipulation and visualization using ZEFR proprietary software and Excel
  • Analyze and synthesize project outcomes communicating actionable solutions to Senior Leadership, taking a proactive role to manage action items internally and externally
  • Engage in global business strategy by conducting market research for specific topic areas as it relates to global brand and media opportunities
  • Stay current and report on developments in media, entertainment, social media and online video
  • Provide recurring operations support by completing reports, taking notes, scheduling meetings, following up on action items, etc.
  • Act as a utility player managing a variety of cross-functional and cross-departmental initiatives, projects and schedules 
  • Manage the implementation of products and services for new and existing clients

Here's what we're looking for:

  • A passion for media, entertainment and social video platforms
  • 1-3 years of work experience in Online Video, Entertainment, Consulting, Account Management, Business Development or related role required. Past experience in an executive support role highly valued
  • Proficiency in Excel required; proficiency with Keynote, Confluence, Jira a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of remote offices in New York, LA and the United Kingdom
  • A proven self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proactive under unpredictable circumstances
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must be a calm, confident, prepared public speaker when leading calls, video conferences and meetings
  • Ability to learn and adopt new technology, software and platforms a must
  • Experience with social media, media sales and/or digital rights platforms a plus
