We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to use his/her strong web development experience to build cutting edge and inspired solutions. Because we develop and own everything in-house, you will get the gratification of immediately seeing the results of your work.  

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be an integral part of a small team of smart, talented, reliable, and all-around great software / web developers.
• Be hands on in designing, building and implementing new features and enhancements for eSalon websites.  See your results right away.
• Be open to working on different parts of our site from customer facing features to internal tools to support our rapid growth and new innovations.
• Use your knowledge, critical thinking, and technical skills to come up with solutions to challenges.

Required Skills/Experience

• 5+ years of driving commercial enterprise application development
• Experienced with full stack web development. We run PHP, MySQL, SASS, Redis, AngularJS and we're always exploring new technologies
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on a complex system with a lot of moving parts.
• Excellent debugging and problem solving skills
• Understand the how and why behind what you're building
• Great communication skills and generally cool to work with
