We are looking for a full-stack solution architect with outstanding design and architecture experience in cloud and multi-tier environments to help define and implement our products at Futuredontics. You will be working with our small Engineering team along with our product manager to deliver product features while using Agile tools and practices.
Your principal responsibility is to design, implement, and maintain a robust, scalable, technical foundation for all Futuredontics’ products. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in our technology and our team. Someone who has experience in designing a wide range of complex software solutions and can also get their hands dirty in code. The right candidate will help drive strategic decisions around technology and participate in the development of that technology.
Key qualifications:
6+ years of hands on development experience along with proven success in an architecture role (solution, application, or enterprise).Strong full-stack engineering experience in high volume consumer facing environments.Previous experience designing successful solutions for complex multi-tiered projects.Experience with cloud based solutions in Azure and/or AWS.Experience with leading effective and collaborative design sessions with other highly skilled engineers.Well-versed in multiple languages/platforms, including but not limited to: C#, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, .NET, JQuery, MS SQL Server.Familiarity with mobile architectures, both native and HTML5.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices, including continuous integration.Experience creating and maintaining scalable API libraries.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics desirable.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Comfortable presenting to, and leading, teams during project meetings.BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Applied Math or related field from a leading institution. What you'll be doing:
Architecting and designing technical solutions for Futuredontics’ business opportunities. Lead and participate during inception and design phases for various projects and technologies.Working with other engineers while creating and delivering project design documents with multiple feasible options impacting project scope and effort.Periodically coding and modifying new and legacy applications throughout the full-stack using .Net, C#, Angular, and MS SQL Server.Providing thought leadership towards the continued improvement of the Engineering Team’s ability to deliver well designed solutions quickly with high quality.Troubleshooting and correcting software failures quickly and effectively.
