JOANY is seeking a Software Engineer to join the team who will take a pivotal role in architecting and coding our software with our engineering team.
Interested in the gig? Here's what you'll do:
- Build applications and develop our vertically integrated solutions from the group;
- Innovate technical design and systems architecture across services and applications;
- Work with in-house and external developers, architects, and product managers to build multiple platforms;
- Maintain a keen focus on end-to-end platform performance;
- Define systems architecture and design, and evaluate feasibility and sustainability;
- Partner with product management to lead technical requirements.

What you'll bring:
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience;
- 2+ years of production coding experience (we use Ruby);
- Experience with all aspects of software development, deployment and maintenance;
- Experience with a range of languages and technologies, like RoR, Java, Python, Javascript, HTML, PostGres, React or something similar;
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design;
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
