As a member of the DSH Product Team, you will support the team by providing insights on opportunities across  products and industries. The Product Analyst role will focus on capturing quantitative and qualitative data about the market and translating them into actionable reports and insights to aid in product planning and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research of industrial markets: oil and gas, energy, food and beverage, manufacturing, mining, healthcare, life science, transportation, robotics and construction

  • Collect data on the augmented reality industry (competitors, partners, industry trends) and consolidate information into actionable reports and presentations

  • Capture and articulate customer information such as business requirements, buyer processes and user personas

  • Conduct industry / vertical analysis (market size, industry structure, value chain, key roles and responsibilities) to aid in product planning and go-to-market strategy

  • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations

  • Work with a cross-functional team that includes: Product Management, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development and Sales

  • Maintain internal repository and knowledge base


Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years working as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Market Analyst, or equivalent

  • Proven market research analysis experience

  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and gain actionable insights

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS, etc), databases and Excel

  • Must demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking

  • BS degree in Statistics, Marketing or related field


Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B or enterprise technology

  • Experience in technology (software or hardware)

  • Experience with insight-generation and reporting

  • Experience with augmented reality, computer vision or similar technologies
