As Beachbody continues to experience explosive growth, the R&D team actively drives business and product advancements.  We apply our food science training to stay on the cutting edge of nutrition/fitness while delivering impactful products that positively influence the lives of our consumers.

What will you be doing at Beachbody as a Sr. Quality Systems Manager?

• Providing leadership to ensure the overall health of Quality Systems. Areas of focus include: document control and change management, deviations, training, CAPA, risk assessment, R&D applications, domestic and international product support and internal audit.
• Leading quality activities for market entry and ongoing compliance.
• Being responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Beachbody Quality Management System (QMS).
• Managing raw material and finished goods processes ensuring that critical process steps are met within project timeframes.
• Collaborating with Regulatory Affairs and business team members to assure compliance programs for all certification symbols, including: Organic, Gluten-free, Non-GMO, NSF Sports Certified, etc.

We’d love to chat if you have...

• a BS degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology or related technical field
• Minimum 7 years of R&D/Quality experience
• In depth knowledge of current end to end business processes in a specific functional area as well as in current systems applications and how they are used in operational execution
• Prior experience managing and developing others
