Overview:
The Sr. Marketing Analyst will support B2B marketing efforts. Act as project manager for all of the marketing communications team’s activities. Analyst will create content for emails and other marketing material (graphics, blogs, social media posts).
Responsibilities:- Prepare and deploy materials, content, and templates as required for internal communication
- Support internal & external communications efforts such as weekly newsletter, media kit and marketing library
- Create & maintain all communications such as presentations, email, collateral, blog posts, whitepapers, etc. are kept current and active.
- Research and management of potential marketing opportunities (e.g. advertising, sponsorships)
- Maintenance of targeted distribution lists for various initiatives
- Coordinate with other marketing and product team members
- Develop B2B marketing materials including category and strategic decks, client proposals/RFPs, sell sheets, in-house consumer marketing campaigns to promote new products
- Assist with other ad hoc marketing projects as needed
- Solid understanding of fundamental marketing principles including online/digital, product development
- Possess a high degree of organization, and the ability to thrive in a multi-task, deadline-driven work environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interface with internal staff, vendors and clients
- Proficiency in MailChimp, MS Office
