The ideal candidate for 12Twenty is someone with 5-10 years’ experience executing various marketing programs for technology companies. Has experience designing and implementing lead generation campaigns which align to the Product and Sales focus of the company. Candidate needs to be data-driven and analytical as well as creative, and has proven expertise in go-to-market and event strategy. Our candidate is high energy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a team player and a champion for our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Marketing activities to drive sales.
• Encourage and maintain a strong partnership with Sales Management and sales team.
• Build a strong understanding of impacts on top of funnel sales activity, execute and monitor programs which continue to drive sales
• Develop, define, execute and measure marketing campaigns which include email, Webinars, events and conferences.
• Manage marketing automation efforts for email marketing campaigns
• Manage marketing budget, measure the effectiveness of campaigns and ROI on marketing investment
• In partnership with the sales team, coordinate Salesforce data, analytics, and end of the month reporting

Position Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in launching, directing and managing effective lead generation programs
• Marketing experience with enterprise software, SaaS services, or Education technology
• Experience working with Salesforce and either Marketo, Pardot or other marketing automation tools as well as knowledge of emerging tools in automation technology in the marketing space
• Proven team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and enthusiastic self-starter
• Hands on multi-tasker
