Why is the Customer Service team important to Beachbody?

Our Customer Service team acts as the voice and ears of the company. It includes Customer Experience, Coach Relations, Diamond Line (our top-tier Coach help line), Beachbody LIVE (certifications), Fraud and Escalations. This all-important team has hundreds of dedicated people working to resolve a myriad of product-related issues.    

What will you be doing at Beachbody as a Senior Manager, Customer Experience & Optimization?

  • This role is responsible for the successful development and delivery of business solutions in Customer Experience. The role will combine project management and business analysis principles to scope and execute on projects across different functional teams within the company.
  • Must be able to effectively influence key stakeholders, drive many projects simultaneously, quickly understand the complexities of a multi-level marketing / continuity business, and have a passion for health and fitness.
  • Perform exploratory process deep dives and data analytics to help the company better understand the customer behavior and experience, and present findings to cross functional audiences.
  • Translate the results of an analysis or deep dive into executive level presentation quality materials
  • Define project objectives and communicate strategic recommendations to service leadership on a regular basis

We’d love to chat if you have...

  • 5+ years of related experience using analytical skills for special projects, using a structured problem-solving approach and utilizing high attention to detail
  • 3 – 5 years of project management experience in cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, customers, and senior management as demonstrated through team facilitation and leadership, management presentations, and project deliverables
  • Excellent team player with ability to work effectively with senior management and staff across functions such as Customer Service, Supply Chain & Operations, Finance & Strategy, and multi-level Marketing areas
