Why is the Customer Service team important to Beachbody?

Our Customer Service team acts as the voice and ears of the company. It includes Coach Relations, Diamond Line (our top-tier Coach help line), Beachbody LIVE (certifications), Fraud and Escalations. This all-important team has over 200 dedicated people working to resolve a myriad of product-related issues.    

What will you be doing at Beachbody as the Fraud Investigation Agent?

• The Fraud Investigation Agent is responsible for examining moderate to complex account activity utilizing various proprietary and industry tools to detect and prevent fraudulent activity as well as investigate suspected, alleged or known internal and external fraud perpetrated against Beachbody and its customers.
• Reviewing customer accounts that demonstrate potentially suspicious activity from a variety of reporting generated from transactional alerts
• Monitor our automated fraud screening application
• Assist in maintaining basic ecommerce duties including chargeback handling and review
• Conduct extensive research to validate purchases

We’d love to chat if you have…

• High school diploma and 1-2 years previous e-commerce fraud prevention, investigation or retail fraud prevention experience
• Previous experience with Accertify fraud detection tools a plus
• Expert at MS Office: Excel, PP, Word
• Strong communicator who can easily explain data and fraud trends succinctly
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
