Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate to join our fun, dynamic, and high-performing Finance team. Your primary responsibilities will include driving the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, help develop and manage OpenX's long term financial model, create presentations for the Board of Directors and investors, and conduct competitor analyses & benchmarking. Additionally, you will be involved in projects with exposure to the CFO and other senior management. The successful candidate will have the aptitude to tackle multiple projects, problem-solve, and efficiently execute deliverables. We are looking for someone who has intellectual curiosity and shows initiative.

Responsibilities include:

• Process manage and drive the consolidation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Develop and maintain the Company's long term financial model
• Create and update materials for Board meetings and investor presentations
• Analyze market and competitor trends and various industry projects
• Partner with internal finance and accounting teams to drive deliverables and improve processes
• Work cross-functionally with other internal teams to support high-impact projects
• Present to senior management with analysis and recommendations
• Provide support for ad hoc projects, including business development and corporate strategy

Skills/Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience with investment banking, management consulting, or valuation services backgrounds preferred
• Bachelor's degree required, with a major in Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred
• Familiarity with capital raising or valuation of business a plus
• Exceptional analytical abilities and strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
• Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills
• High level of curiosity and self-motivation
• Strong work ethic and ability to work extended hours
• A high sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
