WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- A LOT of experience in (>10k hours) in coding and building software
- Experience with Big Data stacks like Elasticsearch, HBase, Hadoop and Cassandra (or large databases in general)
- Experience with production level environments and high availability systems
- Experience with operating and managing Linux/Unix clusters
- Ability to dive into hard problems and solve them
- Eagerness to work hard and play hard
- Experience with Node.js and asynchronous programming is a plus
