Prevoty is coming off of a record quarter in sales and is looking to expand our sales team in the U.S. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, changing and growing environment; has a start-up “Hunter” mentality; is energized by innovatively driving increased sales results; has a roll-up-your sleeves and get-it-done mentality; and is able to translate vision and strategy into plans that they are then responsible to deliver. The ideal candidate must have numerous contacts in information security, application security, application development and operations.


 

Primary Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Overachieve sales targets on a quarterly basis
  • Source and effectively qualify new sales opportunities
  • Work with Solution Architects to run effective sales processes and sales cycles
  • Diligently report status of sales opportunities and be a realistic forecaster
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Evangelize Prevoty’s game changing solution to an early adopter market


 

Knowledge and Experience:

 

  • Must be an “A” Player
  • 10+ years Security, software and/or cloud Sales and sales leadership experience
  • Successful track record in over achieving sales results (in top 10%)
  • Deep understanding of security/cloud sales models and annuity sales methodologies
  • Proven leadership skills in a multidisciplinary and virtual team environment
  • Relationship building, listening, influencing, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Must have excellent problem solving skills and strong executive communications skills
  • Must possess advanced enterprise sales skills and have a “hunter” mentality
  • Must be able to source and find new sales opportunities
  • Must have a strong rolodex of contacts in the IT and Security market (CISO and Director of App Sec or App Sec Architect are ideal)
  • Advanced college degree or significant industry expertise
  • Strong understanding or be able to learn quickly the market trends and key business and technical aspects of application security.
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting and able user of Salesforce.com applications.
