Sales Coordination Lead

We are looking for an experienced and organized Sales Coordination Lead to provide support to the field sales and marketing teams. The right candidate will be the go-to internally for sales-related information by keeping track of schedules, database(s), documentation and information. This role will also provide support for executive sales reviews, one-to-many communications and company events.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and communicate with inbound sales leads
Manage company sales database, scheduling, and CRM
Ensure sales and product materials are filed and up to date
Track and file proposals and other sales materials
Monitor and report on team progress, supporting executive team
Assist in the organization of promotional materials and logistics
Minimum Requirements:
Experience providing customer sales support
Demonstrable experience in creating and managing sales databases and/or CRM platforms
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Team player with strong follow-up abilities
Ability to work in a fast moving environment with occasional ambiguity and uneven information
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant degree area
Certifications or direct experience in field sales or marketing are a strong plus
Additional language skills are a plus
