Sales Account Executive
Job Description:
12Twenty, Inc. is looking for a Sales Account Executive to accelerate the rapid growth of the 12Twenty brand. We are looking for a Sales Account Executive with a knack for penetrating new accounts and closing new business. This person should be motivated, passionate, and eager to learn. If you are interested in selling a great product, being part of an intelligent and ambitious team, and having the freedom to innovate and make your mark, we would love to talk to you. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Background in account management, customer care, sales, and/or project management is preferred, but not required
Industry or start-up experience is highly desired, but not required
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Exceptional writing and communications skills
Detail oriented, Type A, analytical, and proactive
Impeccable organizational and time-management skills
Extremely comfortable talking and selling over the phone
Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences
Enthusiastic, bright, and good at developing trust and opening doors
Relentless in your ability to follow-up on leads and bring in new clients
Ability to make decisions in real-time with maturity, poise, and “grace under pressure”
Able to quickly understand what clients are looking for and how best to meet their needs
Possess a sense of urgency, and a desire to see projects through to fruition and to consistently deliver
Ability to work closely with a variety of internal team members, as well as interact with clients and other external colleagues
Technically savvy is a plus
