Intern – Registered Investment Advisor / Investor Relations

We are currently looking for an Intern to work full-time during the Summer months in our Los Angeles office. This Intern will work closely with senior team members to evaluate opportunities and schedule appointments with Registered Advisors for RealtyMogul.com. Your impact will be immediate and critical to successfully scaling RealtyMogul.com as the leading real estate crowdfunding platform.

What You'll Do:

• Review and research registered advisors on the internet and LinkedIn to determine whether appropriate for the Realty Mogul platform
• Schedule calls and meetings with registered advisors for senior team
• Run reports and communicate results to senior team
• Input data into company’s Customer Relationship Management System
• Assist with drafting and researching for blog posts, white papers and articles as needed on topics of interest
• Work with the senior management team on additional ad hoc projects as needed

Who You Are:

• You have or are in the process of securing a bachelor's degree with top academic and professional credentials
• Must be currently enrolled in a college or university and be eligible to receive school credit for the internship duration
• You are hard working and understand the value of “getting it done” with a whatever it takes positive attitude
• You have strong quantitative and technical/computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• You have excellent communication skills; a true self-starter capable of accomplishing complicated tasks with limited supervision
• You are proactive, comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment with a strong interest in the real estate private equity industry
