Spokeo is searching for a talented professional to manage all customer retention efforts.
Day-to-Day Tasks of the Position Include:
- Manage our ongoing email program, continuously driving improvements by executing comprehensive, measurable testing plans and strategies
- Lead the process of building out segmentation and lifecycle marketing and provide thought leadership on how best to communicate this information
- Partner with our internal data science team to produce insightful reporting, analysis and subsequent strategies for acquisition of new emails, active customer retention and win-back programs.
- Demonstrate ability to improve overall customer lifetime value; ie “move the needle.”
- Partner with in-house design team to craft compelling creatives and tailored messaging.
- Assist marketing in developing loyalty/advocacy programs.
- Curate highly personalized content for email newsletters and promotions.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- S/he must have 5+ years of strong email skills
- S/he will have experience in the customer journey
- S/he will have a keen understanding of customer lifecycle and key touchpoints.
- S/he is a subject matter expert in the email marketing/retention.
- S/he will partner with customer success managers to create churn mitigation plans
- Seek opportunities for continued focus and agile improvement in the function's strategy and scope, including identifying new opportunities.
- Proficiency in IBM/Silverpop or similar platforms is a distinct advantage
