You will report to the CFO & Head of Corporate Development and work closely with the senior team.

We’re looking for a person who is able to:

  • Draft job descriptions with hiring manager

  • Post and manage job descriptions and resumes on Jazz

  • Advertise jobs in relevant boards

  • Screen resumes

  • Conduct phone screen interviews with candidates

  • Present screened candidates to executive director or hiring manager

  • Manage and schedule of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Solicit and organize feedback

  • Manage offer letters as necessary

  • Coordinate the overall hiring process


Requirements:


  • Minimum 2-3 years as a Recruiter/HR Generalist

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and outstanding follow through skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
