Who We’re Seeking
You are a resourceful recruiter with a stellar network and passion for building great teams. You will collaborate with hiring managers throughout Omaze and be an integral part of our growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with high-caliber talent, and build and maintain a network of candidates
- Drive recruiting efforts and processes
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Omaze in the LA startup ecosystem and beyond
- Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the process
