Who We’re Seeking:

Omaze is seeking a highly motived, organized and experienced project manager to join our team. This person is responsible for helping to define and implement the project management discipline within our organization.  In addition, you will oversee our campaign portfolio throughout the full life cycle from initiation to closure while governing process throughout the workflow. You will collaborate with our Partnerships team to meet or exceed partner expectations while managing our internal resources in an effective and efficient way. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Own portfolio level pipeline / forecast document and track campaigns from start to finish
• Work with Business Development (BD) and Partnerships teams to scope campaigns and facilitate contract approval
• Set campaign timelines and load balance against existing portfolio
• Assign and track tasks for internal team
• Manage campaign schedule to keep on track
• Assess new and manage existing scope throughout campaign
• Ensure internal stakeholders review all assets throughout workflow and feedback incorporated
• Review all campaign assets and ensure they are posted on internal file management system
• Track status of all campaigns and report to Partnerships and BD
• Manage risks and escalate issues associated with campaign and internal team
• Resource planning by continually assessing resource constraints, assisting with task prioritization and escalation and notifying team of upcoming tasks
• Assist with campaign prioritization within active portfolio and pipeline
• Govern process throughout workflow

Skills and Characteristics: 

• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Proven leader with entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people
• Prior experience as a project manager in a full service agency required (Los Angeles experience preferred)
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to quickly react and adapt to changing environment.
• Experience with digital, video and still production and the creative process behind them

Our Ideal Candidate:

• A bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience
• Experience working as part of a team in an agency setting
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• Experience defining and improving project management process
