Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Collaborative Product team through all phases of the product life cycle including:
  • Owning a brand-new product line
  • Defining product features, requirements and user stories
  • Actively participating in interviews with internal and external stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
  • Leading scrum team(s) through monthly release planning, sprints, retrospectives, Sprint activities, reviewing and acceptance testing user stories for completion.
  • Creating user stories and managing backlog of user stories
  • Participating in progress monitoring and constant adjustments to fit larger objectives
  • Working with the Director of product to create a go to market strategy for new product.
  • Working closely with revenue and support teams to create product sheets, training materials etc for successful sell in and execution process.

You bring to the table your:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or similar fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management
• Experience owning products in the payments, preferably product that focus transactions
• Previous experience working in an Agile software development process
• Excellent communicator, both oral and written, with ability to build relationships at all levels and in various departments
• Previous experience documenting business requirements and product specifications
• Experience writing user stories and working with Software development teams
• Knowledge Software development, preferably SaaS, is highly desirable
• Experience with product marketing is highly desirable
• Results oriented, highly self-motivated, and quick-to-learn personality
• Proficiency with MS Office
