Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager with solid product design & implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have substantial prior experience dealing with the entire product life cycle from initial ideas to final creation. Further, the manager must be able to engage in cross-departmental communication (i.e. engineering, marketing and sales), and must also have a well-developed aesthetic sense (since much of the final usability comes from basic elegance and simplicity of the product itself).

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, use cases, UIs, and more for the member dashboard; oversee the creation process from concept to production
• Find simple, elegant solutions for complex usability challenges
• Ensure product designs meet usability objectives and user requirements
• Design mock-ups and graphics for websites, e-mail newsletters, and other marketing projects

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of product management experience preferred
• Process-oriented; has the ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with other visual designers
• Adept in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite Design software
• Possess a thorough understanding of user interface design for social applications or rich Internet experiences
• Extremely attentive to details (pixel perfect!)
• Efficiency to work on multiple concurrent projects
• Solid understanding of Web Usability guidelines

Desired Skills

• Ability to plan and execute A/B tests to optimize conversion
• eCommerce and/or social media background
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and have been a part of successful new product launches
• Expert in CSS3
