What will you be doing at Beachbody as a Product Manager, Coach Network:

• Own, maintain and prioritize the backlog of ideas to drive the most value out of our Coach Network technology products and investments.

• Work cross-functionally between our business leaders and our engineering team to identify the "right" problems to solve, then evangelizing the outcomes of those solutions

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders in a variety of areas of the organization, dealing with a variety of functions and technology platforms

• Align with stakeholders on vision, business objectives and desired key results for Coach Network investments, to inform requirements and priorities

• Prioritize new initiatives and production support activities based on severity, reach, impact

• Ensure development requests are “delivery-ready” by clearly defining requirements and acceptance criteria

• Partner closely with Engineering team to allocate appropriate resources, ensure requirements are understood and ensure end-product meet acceptance criteria

• Measure and report on the value driven by Coach Network investments and provide regular updates to stakeholders and executives on what the team’s priorities are to drive business value.

• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding new releases, production issue status, etc.

• BA / BS degree in related field

• 4-6 years of experience in a Product Management

• Comfortable communicating and working cross functionally across engineering, design, and marketing

• Comfortable working with VP and C-suite individuals

• Ability to take lead on a project and drive through to successful launch

• ​Experience with Agile software development methodology
• Experience with A/B testing
• Experience with web analytics
• Experience with wireframing
• Experience with MVP development
