• Product acceptance testing — ensure new features and bug fixes are working as expected.
• Competitive research — what can we learn from other products?
• Maintain and update product documentation.
• Track and communicate weekly internal release email.
• Prepare, send, and analyze monthly customer product email.
• Help manage epics and track progress of major projects.
• Take notes and track action items on weekly product meetings.
