As a team member of People Operations, you will be responsible for the infrastructure of all people related systems, workflow, and frameworks. Partnering in ensuring a great experience for new GoGuardian team members and acting as a core source of information and knowledge for our talented humans!
Within 1 Month, You Will:- Assess and begin cleanup of internal systems
- Get to know the team and assess team needs
- Have completed implementation and clean up of our HRIS,Namely
- Be fully immersed in the process of salary planning
- Have a built out dashboard for People Team metrics
- Design and implement Onboarding and Offboarding plan
- Be owning and running monthly and quarterly metrics for the entire People Team
- Have created a high level QBR of our People Operations data
- Have all Engagement, Candidate Experience, and Day 1 surveys up and running
- Begin build out of our Affirmative Action plan
- Create Confluence pages for People Team
- Become a business partner to the Finance Team for compensation and payroll
