Our People Team is looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and organized People Operations Coordinator with excellent project management skills, a customer-first mentality, and either a background or strong interest in growing their career in HR/People Operations.


As the PeopleOps Coordinator, you will partner with and support the People Operations Manager and assist with recruiting, onboarding, cultural initiatives within the company, day-to-day People Operations, and other duties as needed and assigned.
Specifically, the People Ops Coordinator will...
  • Take ownership of various administrative tasks across PeopleOps functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and document compliance
  • Manage our HRIS records and all employee files
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews along the hiring process
  • Interact across the company and build relationships to ensure that our employees’ questions are answered, concerns are heard, and that feedback is taken seriously
  • Assist with implementation of PeopleOps projects and initiatives
  • Keep all PeopleOps information confidential and act with utmost professionalism with personal information

  • Have a college degree and a general understanding of basic office functions

  • Have managed a big project through to completion and can live to tell the tale
  • Can proficiently use a Mac computer and are comfortable with Google Docs, Excel, and learning new programs like our HRIS
