Operations Specialist, Spectacles

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join Team Spectacles! Working closely with the Logistics and Operations teams, you will oversee planning, launch, and ongoing operations of global in-person direct-to-consumer sales strategies from our Venice, CA headquarters.
What you’ll do:
- Manage unique Spectacles distribution strategies
- Oversee planning, launch, and ongoing operations of global in-person direct-to-consumer sales strategies
- Continuously improve customer facing operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, and Design teams to drive sales growth
- Work with external distribution partners to ensure efficient sales operations
- Manage Spectacles inventory logistics from distribution centers through customer sales
- Define business requirements, implement systems, and communicate capabilities and limitations
- Develop, report, and analyze sales metrics and KPIs
What we’re looking for:
- BS/MS degree in business (accounting, finance, supply chain), industrial management, or engineering field
- 5+ years experience managing cross-functional projects and programs
- Experience defining processes from conception to execution
- Ability to influence others and facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interests
- Entrepreneurial experience is preferred
- Willingness to travel
- A passion for Snapchat and thorough understanding of what makes for a good Snapchat experience
