Jam City is on the hunt for a Office Manager in Culver City to oversee our 18k sq ft space from guest experience to employee experience. We're looking for a great personality who can oversee the day-to-day administration, reception, and facilities tasks in our Headquarters.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the office and everything that comes with it: reception desk, catering, snacks, vendor relations, and anything else that may come up.
- Be the day-to-day contact of employees for their office needs.
- Oversee office processes, repairs, and maintenance.
- Handle the reception desk, main phone lines, and guest experience.
- Maintain shared spaces making sure they are stocked, clean, and functioning.
- Create an engaging work environment: both for work and play
- Oversee office budgets, purchasing, and expense reporting.
- Work with managers to oversee setup and welcome for new employees.
- Be a team player willing to take on projects and willing to learn and teach.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of admin and/or office experience in an office setting
- BA/BS degree or equivalent tech start-up experience.
- A sense of discretion and confidentiality
- A sense of humor, creativity & fun!
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Desire and ability to work collaboratively in a small group dynamic
- Passion and enthusiasm for people operations, events & culture.
