The MBA Intern, Product Management will support our Digital team by defining business rules and requirements and developing functional specifications through concise user stories and flow diagrams.

The Honest Internship Program takes place at our headquarters in Playa Vista. The program will run for 10 weeks from the beginning of June to mid-August, and is a paid, full-time, 40 hours/week program. Interns must be available for the full duration of the internship.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with Product Managers and work across UX, Design, and Engineering to conceive, define, and develop new features to enhance digital growth and support business goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify user experience improvements
• Develop user stories and requirements through wireframes and flow diagrams on a daily basis
• Utilize analytics and A/B testing to steer improvements, inform projects, and drive product decisions
• Execute initiatives from conception to implementation including gathering requirements and assets, functional specifications, writing user stories, and working closely with UX/Design to iterate on wireframing and design, while emphasizing overall project quality
• Determine ROI on new project opportunities and assist with prioritization discussions Maintain close relationships with entire digital team to ensure that all requirements are clearly understood

What you’ll need:

• Must be currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, a MBA program
• Passion for technology, e-commerce, and mobile commerce
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Prior experience working with Google Analytics
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Bonus points for:

• Prior experience creating user stories and requirements
• 1+ years of industry experience supporting digital, web, product management, or other relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of SQL
