Marketing Intern
FloQast is accounting close management software built by accountants for accountants so they can close their books faster and more accurately. Founded in 2013, the LA-based cloud software company is rapidly growing its accountant fan base at companies like Twilio, Grubhub, Dollar Shave Club, DocuSign, Nutanix, The LA Lakers and hundreds more. In fact, FloQast grew revenues by 300% last year and its staff by almost 100%, helping to contribute to being recently named among the Best Software for Finance Teams in 2017 by G2 Crowd.

All this growth means we’re looking for help. FloQast Marketing is looking for a creative and self-driven intern to help support our busy event calendar, manage and maintain our marketing systems and help wherever necessary as we rapidly expand our portfolio of marketing programs.
As the FloQast Marketing Intern, you will:
Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with third party event hosts to ensure all key deliverables and deadlines are met
Coordinate creative material development, shipping, receipt and return of event related assets
Communicate with the onsite team to ensure they are prepared with all event details to make the most out of each event
Collaborate with the internal marketing and sales teams in developing event schedules, roles and key return deliverables after each event
Manage data flows from the event host to proper upload and tracking in FloQast marketing systems (Pardot and Salesforce)
Review and scrub data sources from events and other third parties before upload to FloQast marketing systems
Review FloQast database and work with key marketing and sales stakeholders to improve data quality
Analyze FloQast data to identify areas for marketing and sales productivity improvement
Qualifications:
Background in marketing or related discipline
Strong communication, project management and organization skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps suite of products
Knowledge of accounting/having worked with accountants a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This is an opportunity to experience firsthand working at a rapidly-growing B2B software company. You will get hands-on exposure to how Marketing programs are run and how to use systems like Pardot and Salesforce. The position opens on February 1st.
