Hyperloop One is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will assist the team in variety of tasks. This role requires a person that pays attention to detail, is goal oriented, and can problem solve under tight deadlines. 

Your role would include:

• Coordinating purchase orders, expenses, and updating budgets
• Pulling analytics for our social feeds and website weekly to track performance
• Assisting with website updates through our CMS system
• Routing emails to appropriate parties in the company through our info account
• Assisting in research for strategic marketing initiatives and content creation
• Updating and creating timelines for various projects
• Maintain project reports to analyze results, progress, and conclusions
• Draft and update marketing materials for use by Business Development and other departments
• Coordinate projects involving various departments and business functions
• Assist the CMO and executive team with administrative duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of marketing, planning, or coordinator experience – at an agency or brand.
• BA/BS in Marketing or related field
• Must have demonstrated proficiency in developing marketing programs to achieve targets leveraging email, website, events, SEO, social, and PR.
• Strong MS Office skills
• Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and a great communicator.
