We are currently seeking a Market Research, Research Solutions Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. This integral position will be responsible for managing our west coast research solutions clients and doing a mixture of overseeing junior staff as well as leading strategic projects independently. The ideal candidate will be a true team player with a proven track record of success in marketing research, project management, managing people and servicing clients. For the past few years, ProdegeMR has seen transformative growth and is building the team to continue to foster successful relationships and further escalate our growth trajectory.  

Additionally, the Research Solutions Senior Project Manager will: 

Manage market research projects of varying scale and complexity

Provide a high level of client service, ensuring client objectives are met and providing strategic optimization recommendations where appropriate

Manage/oversee all aspects of project/study execution, helping guide the client, team-members and any external partners through all critical project phases including;

• Questionnaire design guidance OR logic & content review
• Sample & quota design
• Survey program testing
• Fieldwork launch and data checks
• Fieldwork management
• Data Processing delivery (ensuring accuracy)
• Invoicing
• Project debriefs

Proactively identify potential issues and provide viable solutions

Manage and maintain quality, project timelines and budget/margins 

Work closely with the sales team and effectively communicate status and issues to team members and other project stake holders

 Qualifications and Experience:

8+ years of market research experience, ideally within the project management function or with relevant experience of managing research projects from inception to completion

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Highly organized and detail oriented

People management skills

Strong follow-through skills

Sound critical-thinking abilities

Well-developed time management and multitasking skills

Solid judgment and decision-making abilities

Knowledge of project management tools and concepts

Strong analytic aptitude and results oriented

Must enjoy working in a team environment with a dispersed team

Proficiency with Word & Excel

Bachelor’s degree

 It’s a plus if:

You're familiar with CRM based solutions (i.e NetSuite,Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc)

You're familiar with survey scripting and data reporting platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Beacon, Confirmit, Dimensions, etc.)

You're familiar with SPSS
