Who We’re Seeking:

A dynamic Manager of Partnerships to project manage the collaborations with our celebrity and charity partners. You’ll oversee every aspect of our fundraising campaigns, from creating campaign strategy to managing the day-to-day of the campaign, all the while ensuring that the expectations of the celebrity, charity, and corporate stakeholders are exceeded. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creative strategy and execution of fundraising campaigns, from on-boarding the partners to executing the winner experience
  • Act as the primary liaison, internal advocate and thought leader for our partners, guiding and educating them along their fundraising journey
  • Work with analytics and marketing team to assess campaign performance and propose and execute ideas for improvement
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction and retention, including a strong understanding of working with celebrity influencers, studios, talent agencies, and brands

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • You have 5+ years of talent publicity, film or TV studio, talent agency or advertising agency experience
  • You have a personal network in place with talent reps, publicists, and studio executives and a proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of strategic relationships
  • You have managed individuals and been directly involved in the career growth of junior employees
  • You thrive in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • You take your work seriously but not yourself

Location

The office is located in Marina del Rey with easy access to plenty of restaurants. We are close to LAX, beaches and Marina.
