What will you be doing at Beachbody as the Learning & Organizational Development Coordinator?
- Ensure that all L&OD tasks, actions, owners and due date are clearly identified and well-coordinated, monitored and delivered according to the project plans
- Gather, analyze, and report on evaluations from workshops, clearly identify trends via automated dashboards and identify opportunities to improve feedback process and data collection
- Provide support on the financial aspect of the business, utilize Project Management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, MS Project, Gantt chart) for tracking of expenses, presenting monthly actuals, annual budget and expense reports to manage tasks allocated to resources against budget (planned vs actual)
- Develop engaging materials for training events and PowerPoint presentations for L&D activities
- Support the Learning Management System with the administration of eLearning programs, content management, and provide support on real time issue resolution
We'd love to chat if you have...
- 2+ years’ experience in a Human Resources generalist role (training experience preferred)
- Experience coordinating logistics for small and large events
- Experience and skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; expertise in PowerPoint, MS Project, Smart Sheet and Gantt chart
- Experience administering Learning Management and eLearning systems preferred
- Experience administering Workday or other Human Resources Information Systems preferred
