Junior Sales Representative
The Junior Sales Representative will work directly on converting Enplug's SMB leads into clients. The sales rep is enthusiastic, a fast learner, and tech-savvy. They are highly organized, focused, and results driven. They communicate effectively via email and phone, helping the sales team consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
As a rep, they'll give web-demos and pitches, create presentations, attend events, network, and follow up with prospects.
Responsibilities
- Take qualified leads and convert interested potential customers into happy new customers via short and long sales cycles
- Drive daily sales activities including sales calls, scheduling meetings and presentations, targeting specific customers to achieve objectives, and implementing sales strategies
- Creatively prospect by effectively networking and building great relationships with potential customers and organizations
- Use CRM tool to track and manage sales
- Creatively close new business by crafting deals per each potential client
- Succeed in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Experience working with CRM like Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar
- Excellent communicator
- Quick learner
- Strong writing skills
- Strategic Problem Solver
- Proactive
- Tech-savvy
