The Talent & People Team is looking for a Recruiter who is passionate about building great teams!
What you’ll do
- Manage all aspects of full-cycle recruitment efforts
- Post jobs to internal and external sites and manage job postings
- Source candidates and screen all resumes
- Schedule and manage all candidate interviews
- Conduct initial recruiter phone interviews with all candidates
- Meet new candidates onsite and ensure prompt transition during the onsite interview process
- Manage ongoing candidate communication efforts
- Deliver candidate declines with compassion and in a timely manner
- Extend offers to candidates
- Communicate first day details to candidate
- Work with IT and Talent & People teams to get new hire set up for their first day
- Produce recruiting reports and analyze key metrics
- Track candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System, Lever
- Optimize and follow processes to make things run more efficiently and smoothly
- Hire for a variety of different departments within the company including retail, customer care, warehouse operations, finance, tech, business development, and creative roles
- Develop sourcing strategies to find the best possible candidates and fulfill our hiring needs
- Stay current on recruitment trends, attend meet ups, recruiting events, and attend industry events
- Collaborate with the Talent & People team to continually improve processes and experience
- Help out with other projects and duties as needed
- BA/BS degree
- Proficient with Excel
- Experience with an ATS system, preferably Lever
- 3+ years experience of in-house recruiting
- Friendly, extroverted, and enjoy talking to candidates of all backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely flexible with change and remain calm under pressure
- Intrinsically motivated and take ownership of your work and solving problems
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced startup environment
- Shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change
