Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all aspects of ad campaigns and partnerships, including scheduling campaigns, supporting and maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with other members of the team.
• Assist senior account manager.
• Assist with preparation of wrap­up reports.
• Create PowerPoint decks for advertisers and partners.
• Perform administrative tasks, as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• You have a relevant Bachelor's degree (preferably in Sales, Communications or Marketing).
• You are an organized self­ starter with a great attitude.
• You have working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as have an aptitude with technology.
• You have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and are able to work collaboratively throughout an organization.
• You can effectively cope with change and can switch gears comfortably in a fast­ moving startup environment.

Bonus Points:

• Prior account management experience and/or customer service experience.
• Interest in beauty, fashion, fitness, health.

Compensation:  $15-$20/hr
