MomentFeed is growing rapidly, and needs an outstanding technologist to help us manage our information technology systems and processes.
Our SaaS marketing platform empowers multi-location brands like Starbucks, Cricket Wireless, Jamba Juice and Pizza Hut to engage with consumers on mobile at every point in their customer lifecycle. We help our clients harness the power of partner networks - Facebook, Google, Apple, Yelp, Bing (and more) to capture local audiences, engage with consumers in authentic and relevant ways, and measure campaign performance through in-store sales.
As our IT Operations Manager, you’ll be in charge of handling hardware and software implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting for cross-functional and administrative tools. It is an incredible opportunity for someone who has a passion for new technology and business process improvement.
This is a key position for MomentFeed. The company is expanding quickly, and improving our technical systems and processes is a high priority.
You Will
- Provide Help Desk support for all internal personnel
- Provision and configure Laptops and Phones
- Ensure new hires are provided access and training to company-wide applications
- Be the overall office tech and software resource as it relates to company-wide technology
- Function as the central administrator for Bettercloud - managing all tool access
- Support remote offices with technical requests
- Manage user accounts including shared logins to 3rd party services
- Work with Apple reps and any other services on a regular basis to ensure things are running smoothly
- Install and configure office equipment such as printers and scanners
- Maintain accurate asset management and software license records
- Develop and document new support and operations processes
- Design and execute projects to improve systems and operations
- Standardize software, equipment, and processes
You Must Have
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management, preferably for an enterprise software or technology company
- Proven competency in hardware and software configuration
- Aggressive, hard-working, persuasive, persistent attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The heart and resilience to thrive in a continuously evolving start-up environment
- The desire to grow in experience and responsibility as the company grows
- BA or BS degree
You Should Have (Bonus Points!)
- Knowledge of VOIP systems (hardware and software)
- Experience with centralized computer administration tools like Cisco Meraki
- Experience with onboarding new employees and training them on hardware and software
- Familiarity with Confluence, or other knowledge management software
