Velocify's cloud-based software helps high-velocity sales teams turn more prospects into customers. Our software helps companies streamline, automate and optimize their processes to ensure salespeople stay focused on what they do best: closing deals.  Named one of the best sales software products by G2 Crowd, we’re setting the standard in the exploding sales acceleration market and having fun while doing it.

Velocify is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to inspire and lead a high-performing team.   You’ll hire, train, coach and mentor a talented group of Lead Development Reps, Business Development Reps and Account Executives.  Your team will cover the full phone sales life cycle including lead generation, lead qualification and closing.  

This job might be for you if:  

  • You’ve lead a phone-based B2B inside sales team  
  • You’ve sold complex technology to buyers at all levels within an organization 
  • You’re known for motivating and developing top sales talent 
  • You’re a great closer and can teach others how to do it well
  • You’re very familiar with Salesforce and its development cycle
  • You usea hands-on, empowering leadership style (no death by meetings here) 
  • Live within a reasonable commute of El Segundo

A typical day might include: 

  • Call coaching
  • Providing feedback in one-on-one meetings 
  • Participating in a product demo
  • Monitoring key sales metrics
  • Helping a rep close a key deal
  • Refining a talk track
  • Checking in with marketing on conversion tracking
