What You'll Do:

• Communicate with utility company clients to explain technical requirements
• Analyze, transform, and load utility data from the utility clients to meet Enervee's data standards, and build a customer profile
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of Enervee's products with the ability to explain them to others; think about how client customization and delivery can be optimized
• Tailor Enervee's energy efficiency SaaS platform to clients' speficiations
• Build long-term relationships with utility clients by launching programs from pilot phase through large scale rollouts
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to iterate new products and features

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience
• The uncanny ability to search for, locate, and resolve complex, technical issues
• Extensive experience being the interface between the Customer Support and Product/Development team
