What You'll Do

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will execute innovative and cost-effective tactics for customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and referrals.

The ideal person will have a growth-hacking mindset capable of conducting small, iterative tests while leveraging data to inform the higher-level strategy. They should leverage their strong technical, analytical, product and marketing background – with a hunger and passion to grow JOANY, and transform healthcare services for consumers.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years prior experience in growth marketing activities: SEO, Online Marketing, Email or Referrals
• Extensive experience of designing and executing successful demand generation strategies
• Ability to implement and utilize marketing automation tools
• Strong experience in marketing analytics; deeply analytical and data driven
• An outstanding communicator across all mediums
• You're skilled in one or more: SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, Content Strategy, Content Marketing, Content Creation, Growth Hacking
