Global User Operations Manager

We’re looking for Global User Operations Manager to join Team Snapchat! In this role, you’ll lead the Global User Operations team, directly influencing operational policies and activities, and aligning the team’s strategy with Snap’s business objectives. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll partner closely with the Engineering, Legal, and Product Management teams to provide amazing experiences for our customers.
What you’ll do:
- Influence and promote initiatives that support our short and long-term business goals, as well as attract, develop, and grow a global team
- Collaborate effectively, lead with a vision, and provide an experienced point of view on how we provide personable and relevant business support at scale
- Lead the customer support experience for all general and technical support across all available channels
- Proactively raise, manage, and resolve Snapchatters’ challenges
- Identify, implement, and support changes that will directly shape the future of Snap’s customers
- Deliver product and business recommendations to Snap Inc.’s senior leadership
- Staff and mentor a team of great people in a fast-paced, quick-to-market environment
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years’ experience running and operating a multi-tiered customer support organization
- BA/BS in a relevant field
- Proven track record of scaling operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A detail-oriented individual with executive maturity, business acumen, and the ability to influence and communicate within all levels of the organization
- A team player who’s willing to get their hands dirty and help where needed
- A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
