With Procore positioned to continue our incredible growth, the Sales Enablement team is the group tasked with enabling salespeople to sell more, faster, with greater ease. To achieve this aim, the team is involved in all aspects of sales training, onboarding, productivity, strategy, enablement, technology, and performance improvement.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Leader to partner with our Enterprise teams to define, land, and execute against our Field Enablement strategic priorities. As the Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager for the Sales Enablement team, you will be responsible for ensuring high productivity of our Enterprise Sales Team (enterprise sales development, sales engineering, and quota-carrying reps).

The ideal candidate will combine a solid understanding of sales and support role dynamics with the ability to map field requirements and corporate resources into a comprehensive sales enablement plan, and execute accordingly. This is a hands-on position - and must be willing to “roll up the sleeves” and get things done.

This position reports to the Head of Sales Enablement and is based out of Procore HQ in Carpinteria, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and own a comprehensive communication strategy for the Enterprise Sales team
  • Partner with senior sales & executive leadership to identify opportunities to simplify the sales process through optimization and automation.
  • Facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes within the Enterprise Sales organization while fostering an organization of continuous process improvement.
  • Align to sales priorities, by role and region, by pre-emptively facilitating collaboration, visibility, and feedback loops to drive constant improvement cycles to achieve consistently positive program ratings from participants and sponsors
  • Create, develop, manage, and lead the successful execution of the cross-functional sales enablement programs
  • Develop and maintain an effective governance process focused on providing timely and targeted content for sales enablement and continuously improving the field knowledge transfer and learning needs.
  • Design and implement metrics to measure training programs and impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility. Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of field sales enablement investments and programs. KPIs should be measured weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually and trending and analysis applied to the result
  • Design and develop new approaches to connect new hires, managers and the program in a way that is compelling and impactful to productivity

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Field Sales training or Technical Enablement experience with increasing influence and responsibility.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience with cloud technologies to Enterprise business customers using a solution selling methodology.
  • Strategic thinker that can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics and then execute those plans.
  • Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail required.
  • Experience managing global onboarding programs that have had proven success across field sales, services, and technical roles
  • Proven excellent program management and project management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage at senior levels without direct authority
  • A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities will thrive in this role
  • Strong, detailed knowledge of software sales cycles and sales processes
  • Experience with LMS, metrics development and reporting
  • Project management detailed mentality, with a strong process orientation
  • Understanding of sales training methodologies and best practices; including Adult Learning
  • Change Management background or experience evolving a program to success via Change Management methodologies
