The Role

Lead Spokeo’s email marketing efforts to acquire and retain customers; increase product usage, and drive brand engagement. Additionally, this person will play a critical role in developing a membership program that drives loyalty and engagement.

You have a unique set of capabilities: Deep expertise in email campaign development, ESP management; and database marketing; CRM & segmentation; Offer-based & brand storytelling; and Loyalty based marketing.

What you'll do:

Email Marketing

  • Develop and implement acquisition email campaigns leveraging new data sets and targeting win-back programs.
  • Develop and implement retention email campaigns that drive product usage and brand engagement.
  • Partner with analytics / data science team to produce dashboard reporting, insights & analysis, and subsequent direction for future email acquisition & retention campaigns.
  • Partner with design to craft compelling creatives and tailored messaging.
  • Partner closely with Head of Acquisition and Head of Retention.
  • Email lead acquisition and data management.
  • Build and implement ongoing testing and campaign enhancements.
  • Support the process of building out segmentation and lifecycle
  • Drive and manage email marketing calendar.
  • Manage and implement EPS including Silverpop.

Retention Marketing & Loyalty Management

  • Support the build out of segmentation, customer journeys and touchpoints, and lifecycle marketing efforts.
  • Improve customer lifetime value through the right campaigns and messaging.
  • Manage the day-to-day communications of the Membership program.
  • Partner closely with Head of Retention Marketing & Loyalty Management to drive loyalty and LTV.
  • Develop newsletter and retention based offers.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of hands-on and strategic email management and CRM leadership in digital brand environments.
  • Demonstrated success in creating / improving the business.
  • Demonstrated understanding and applications of customer value, customer journey, and lifecycles.
  • Subject matter expert in email marketing and retention.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing customer churn.
  • Strong proficiency in ESP. Silverpop and other programs.
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement around customer growth and retention.
  • Proven success in developing brand and retail oriented email campaigns.
