JOANY is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition that will be responsible for building the best, most talented, and happiest team possible.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement solutions to hire top talent
• Partner with Executives and Hiring Coaches to achieve the company's hiring goals
• Manage requisitions from sourcing to closing as an outstanding hands-on contributor
• Create meaningful metrics to measure and improve recruitment activity
• Enable everyone within the company to recruit smartly
• Be a speaker and influencer on recruitment practices and culture
• Interview and assess all candidates for qualifications and culture contribution
• Cultivate a culture of feedback, debate and inclusivity
• Build out and mentor a successful recruiting team

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of hands-on recruiting experience
• 3+ years of experience managing successfully a recruiting team
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the tech industry
• Ability to influence and drive best practices in the organization with different stakeholders (executives, hiring coaches, interviewers, external agencies and influencers)
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills
