Who We’re Seeking:

We are looking for seasoned sales professional with an exceptional track record of selling large, custom brand advertising solutions to step into our newly created Head of Brand Partnerships role. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to leverage their professional relationships and strategic brand insight to make a tangible social impact. This role will support the overall growth and evolution of Omaze as we transition to the next major phase of development.

Key responsibilities:


  • Establish a target list of high potential brands and lead in the development of the strategy to secure new brand partnerships to raise significant funds for our non-profit partners

  • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of partners, and drive consistent retention

  • Liaise between external stakeholders and internal teams, in pursuit of win-win solutions for all parties

  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction and retention, including a strong understanding of how to build strategic relationships with brand partners

Our ideal candidate:


  • You have 7+ years of selling custom ad solutions / branded content directly to brands

  • You have a personal network in place that includes well-known brand decision-makers (at the VP to C-Level) and a proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of strategic relationships

  • You are persuasive, tactful and an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing

  • You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • You take your work seriously but not yourself

  • KPIs motivate you, and you’re always striving to smash your personal records

Location

The office is located in Marina del Rey with easy access to plenty of restaurants. We are close to LAX, beaches and Marina.
